This is AH PENNYS TROUBLE, "Dusty" to us. He is a four year old gelding that is shown in halter. Not a bad looking boy !

"It's not the end result that matters...It's the journey that takes you there" As we have found showing as a family can bring a family closer together. Whether it be standing in the pouring down rain watching from the fence as your child stands in the mud with rain drops dripping over the brim of their hat, or when the day is done and your driving back from a show and you look back in the back seat of the truck only to see your child sleeping from exhaustion and clutching their new award of the day, you can't help but smile and say "They earned it"

Coltt and his winning smile says it all....

Although there are many hours spent getting the horses ready for a show and not to mention the heat in the mid-summer. The joy of seeing a Smile on a childs face after winning a class makes all the effort worth every bit of trouble...so all you horse show moms and dads, hang in there for the kids...they are the reason we are doing this.

Picking up the Blue ribbon!!! Mark and Coltt all smiles after winning the leadline class

ALL SMILES!!!! Mark, Coltt and AH Penny's Trouble head to pick up their prize for placing in the leadline class. Aren't they a good-looking team?

"Ole Lady Aster" better known as "Roany" to us, and Mark as they compete in a 2 year old mare Halter class.

Here I would like to thank my mother for saying "You just wait, one of these days you will have kids, and I am going to laugh"...well mom now I appreciate all the times you wiped off my boots, brushed out my horses tail, carried the rag in your back pocket and wiped my horse down as I entered the ring...I know you enjoyed it, but I can't wait until my kids have kids...:o)
